Welcome to the website of the Uganda Pioneers' Association (UPA)
UPA is a voluntary non-governmental organization. We aim at promoting community based development, intercultural co-operation and youth participation through voluntary work. The organization focuses on offering youths the opportunity to contribute to community development by involving them in community projects, work camps and international volunteer exchange.
This website gives information about several aspects of UPA. The section about UPA focuses on UPA and its aims and objectives.
STVs gives information about the Short-Term Volunteer programme and the several workcamps while MLTVs gives information about the Mid- and Long-Term Volunteer programme and the placement possibilities for these volunteers.
The photo album shows several pictures which give a impression of the activities of UPA.
